
Trending @Accenture; Roles and career level mismatch
I have total 4 yoe and i joined here as analyst last year. But due to some reasons I joined at cl 11 but in my team i work equally as of senior analyst or team lead. Should I talk to my manager about alignment of my roles and career level. Please suggest here.

You should definitely express your aspiration and let your manager represent your visibility and fight for your promotion within leadership then only things will work else nothing will happen

Okay so what's the process. I am thinking to do 1 to 1 meeting or should I mail him.

please do 1-1. Have a meeting and stress that you are already operating and have the experience for the next level.
I have seen people getting hired as A, then because of higher experience promoted to TL and then also to M within 3 years.

I am also in the same condition
