You will get promoted to level 11-Analyst after you clear techleap (which can be within your 1-1.5 year after joining) . 33-37% will be your hike.

If you don’t clear, you will be promoted after 2 years of service. Hike % might not be the same but you will reach to exact same package fixed for Analysts (this is because you get little hike on 1 year completion)

Note - not everyone who cleared exam got promoted

It's not certain that you'll be promoted, there are multiple variables that come into play. But if you get promoted, you'll get around 5.25L in hand.
