Trending @Accenture; Role change?

I have knowledge on aws with 3 certifications and 2 azure certification along with terraform certificate. Have knowledge on various devops technologies. I'm not getting any opportunities in my present company, should I need to resign and look for opportunities else where or should need to check internally at Accenture

Do you have hands on experience? Though we completed certification everyone is expecting practical experience to give project opportunity.
