From the past 2 and half years I had only one connect with my Lead and manager which is within my first 6 months about the performance and bonus or variable pay. Since then every 6 months or 1 year didn’t have a connect and no discussion about the performance or improvements. TL and Managers either busy or unavailable out of office during the performance bonus release. Didn’t get support to learn new things rather than that doing the same robotic tasks daily login and logout. Only until any escalation happens then they will connect and raise their concern that we are not working efficiently but when we finish with excellent results then there will not be any recognition. I had confused that whether to switch the company or to keep calm and do the same activity.
