Trending @Accenture; Road map for a scrum master
I am having 12 years experience overall including development,pm and scrum master role. What could be the roadmap for a scrum master ? As i am not inclined in technical roles.

Scrum Master > Lead Scrum Master > Principal Scrum Master > Associate Agile Coach / Agile Project Management > Agile Coach / Agile Program Management > Enterprise Agile Coach > Agile Transformation Leader

Hey hi, I'm into the role of Incident Management for about 4 years now. What would be roadmap to become a scrum master and get into agile platform? I don't have any technical knowledge, but got the basic idea of how the cloud platforms function. Thanks!

First: understand the Agile Manifesto - https://agilemanifesto.org/
Second: understand the Scrum Guide and follow the Professional Scrum Master learning path (in parallel work on getting certified) - https://www.scrum.org/

I have 8years of experience in development,ETL but I am interested in scrum master, project management roles.even after doing multiple certifications like csm,psm2,safe6 ,prince2. Without having experience not getting any calls outside. And dont know how to get scrum master internally..please guide me

There are some cases where they need proof of practical implementation of Scrum and you being the Scrum Master.
The certificates are always paving way for eligibility and proving the theoretical knowledge’s implementation in real world.
If you are trying to shift from one vertical to another, then the ideal way is to first discuss with the people from new vertical about open and/or any potential positions opening up and nominating yourself for one.
The crocked way I have seen some people do is that they prepare their resume with some fake “real world” experience and try their luck in interviews (of course I am not endorsing this method).
Hope this helps.
