Trending @Accenture; Right time to resign? 💌
I was thinking of resigning but currently have no offer letter. I got calls/invites on Naukri and my reach is good there but they can wait for max 60 days of notice period. I think I'm underpaid for the contribution that I do. What do you think?
Don't resign until you get the offer.Just update that you are serving notice period and schedule the interview first. If you are able to crack all the interviews been scheduled.
You would get confidence that I can resign without getting an offer because I can able to crack the interview and get the job
This OP . Also also, once you qualify all the interviews you can try to negotiate when 15-20 days are left you can say that the HR has extended the date due to some issue or you are not well so is it possible to extend the joining by a couple of weeks. Should work because this worked for my friend
But we can also withdraw our resignation later
