Cl10 with total 4.8 years exp No hike in june 24, no hike in dec 24 3% hike with 10.5% vp in june 25
Current fixed 13.39 after 3% june hike

CL10 with 5.2 YOE June cycle- Hike 0, VP 14% Reason for no hike: I had already received hike(6%) in Dec cycle.
Issue:
I had received 14% VP amount X k in Dec cycle, same VP 14% in June cycle as well but amount is X-12k.
Manager said there might be some issue with
utilisation percent, which caused this.
Does anyone know where can I raise a ticket for this issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How are you guys able to know your vp for June 2025? Did you have any discussion regarding that with your manager or we can check it on some portal?
Dec 14 % VP same fo his tim also no hikes nothing 😔
Bro I also got 14% VP, but received 12k amount less as for Jan on allsec its showing utilisation 0 even though I had done PPA using chargeable code in Feb as I had used training WBSE earlier for Jan. Its showing updated utilisation % on myte, but allsec still zero. Any ideas how can I resolve this issue and get my hard earned 12k??
