Now I can see one of my reportee missing from the rewards portal. I think that person got promoted so removed temporarily for updation

My reportee got promoted from level 10 to 9 in December and he was also removed from rewards portal before I was informed that rewards are uploaded on portal to be revealed. Seems like the case.

Reward communication is skip level, meaning TL can announce up to SE, SSE will be communicated by AM.

no It was not like that

one of my friend was also unable to access his manager confirmed him that it would be the techincal issue but he will not be promoted because he was ASE and completed only 1yr in Accenture
