All the people-leads and AM out there can you check the rewards for your reportees in the portal?
We have closed it on compensation tool. Its the tool only Talent leads and HR have access to but its not yet there on rewards tool.
Also the instructions are not to disclose before 26th May from HR
Talent lead and people both are the same? I can see my talent lead is different and people lead is different. Every time I get to know the hike/promotion from my people lead. I don't even ping him once. Will my people lead know my hike/promotion now? or people lead also knows in may 26th
People lead and talent lead are different. Talent lead can be anybody from same client.
When it comes to disclose your outcome they can directly call you to discuss outcome even if you’ve never talked to each other or they can include your people lead and disclose in front of him/her
Where to check talent lead details
Usually they release them on a Friday …. Never do it on it weekends

People leads are responsible for promotion and salary increases, right? My reporting manager is my people lead, and I asked him about salary increases and promotion. He said he doesn't have any control over my salary increase and that project managers can give good salary increases and promotions—he's not the right person. Someone please clarify who is responsible for our salary increases?
