Yeah, I guess the company is being cheap. Not giving project coupons as reward or something, no reward points to use them to buy things from the portal (the portal itself is down for months). It's been years that the company stopped giving some decent benefits to the employees, hike and raise is considered as taboo to discuss over here :/
