Trending @Accenture; Revealing Resignation to PL

How to reveal about my decision of resignation to my PL. I have planned leaves(2days) for next week but mostly I want to drop my resignation by this coming week. Reason for my resignation is I don't want to work under her. She keeps on discouraging and always breaks my confidence. And am also getting very low package.

I don't have any offer in my hand but am getting interview calls from good companies and I have started preparing, facing the interviews as well. So, I don't want to miss those opportunity as well. So how to have a discussion in such a way that she should not have option to convince me or pressurize me with work during my np or scold me at worst case. I don't have any idea of retaining here atleast in her team.

Please pour your suggestions in this situation. Because if she asks I do not have any offer so she can easily discourage my decision. If I say have offer then may ask me to share it for negotiation and I don't want to share even if I have .How to handle the call in both worst case? and positive situation?

Tell her you have a offer with 150% increment, nobody from Accenture will be able to match it.

Do not resign without an offer in hand.

yes this,

this is one of worst time, trust me : if you are getting calls say you have buyout and try to get offer
post October when NP ends you will be in market with less offer and hiring anyway

My personal suggestion is to wait till December, hope for some hike and resign

Your work and personal life is different. Your people lead behaviour only tells that she isn’t considering you for promotion or growth and indirectly telling you to leave since company will not give you tour desired hike. But my suggestion is wait till December if you aren’t too experienced or you last promoted in 2 years back

One of my team members resigned straight away. No thinking. And I also resigned 2 days ago. You can discuss with them and let them know your decision. They may try to manipute you, be clear what you need.

Or else like my team member did, you straight away resign in tool or drop resignation mail

But yes, be confident in having other job offers, or whatever your plan is, be clear in it

Just do it. The only and effective suggestion is that if you have made up your mind that you don't want to be in this place, that's the deal breaker. Go for it. If you're confident in your skills and believe you'll crack better opportunities outside, just go for it. Dont think of how to reveal to PL and all. Just let her know and continue as you're doing. Dont bring up the topic of your upcoming planned leaves to anyone in the team. Just silently put ooo on the morning of your leave day and vanish for two days. If you'd already be on notice and will leave in 3 months, why do you even care what she'll think? Think only for those people who are nice to you and encourage you in life.

Don't tell her that you don't have an offer, I recommend putting your resignation on email, and then raising in the tool. Your lead will try to convince you, but it's up to you if you want to stay or go. One suggestion, If you don't have any offer doesn't show that you are resigning in frustration, frustrated people are easy to convince for Leads and Management.
