Trending @Accenture; Return to Office—For What, Exactly?

How many are still clinging to the fear Accenture sold us—“Return to office or kiss your variable and promotions goodbye”?

Let’s be honest. They weren’t handing those out anyway. Variable pay? Slashed. Promotions? Ghosted.

Don’t trade your flexibility for a carrot that doesn’t even exist.

What is the purpose of it that needs to stated clearly, even after going to office we still attend meeting via teams bcz team mates are sitting in different parts of india . work wise it's same no difference , only thing is we are spending extra 5 hrs in journey instead of working or some thing else and also lossing the money..

They actually have deals in place with the owners of most of these properties that they get a percentage of the commission and in return they continue to use those specific office spaces. Also even the government is forcing them to occupy these SEZ because cities like Gurgaon and Bangalore mostly depend on the revenue generated by corporate employees, else who wants to stay in a city where it takes 2 hours to travel 6 km or get harassed by the locals daily

That doesn't mean you are bound to go to office. This is a toxic corporate culture to treat us like slaves.

SwirlyHamster
SwirlyHamster

Not really. The corporates only put forward the results of the surveys that favours their point of view. Also also, remember nothing you do is truly anonymous
