Retention call from Accenture! New company offered 50% hike. What retention % can I expect from Accenture? Any insights?

Don't expect retention.. I'm about to get an offer of 60% . I don't think Accenture can offer more than 25%

No, I asked 20% they didn't offer me that. They're not retaining people

Does any one know what are the factors they consider for retention? I asked them for a considerable hike, not to match the offer but they said you can put the papers we will see but less chance.

I think it’s based on our tool and your role in project, I know my dependency is more in my project.

Nothing you'll get immediately... They'll tell you the next cycle we will try our best... But that's best definitely not satisfy you and you will feel at that time .... might've left when you got outside offer
