What's your experience or knowledge about retention? Is it happening at Accenture? I know it's case and dependancy specific still any news?

Yeah I have got an offcycle hike (12%) and retention bonus of 10% on base pay. Retention bonus is applicable for 1 year if the resource leaves before 1 year then they have to return the retention amount.
Oh nice! Could you tell me more some summary aboutthe process? Was there a depency on you? And how did you negotiate.
they are not retaining at the moment. if you resign, you are free to go

None at all, they are more than happy to let go of people, Accenture have overhired and are finding ways to fire people
