Currently I am at lvl 11 ctc 5.25 fixed exp: 2.5 year
I have received the offer from CAPG for 12 fixed Now for retention Accenture is offering me 10 fixed in June cycle And promising me Onsite opportunity. And nominating for CTA . So what can I choose. Please help me.

The one promising all this has to be very high up and should write it in mail. Else what's the guarantee that they themselves will be part of that project after June?

Ask them in March itself that's possible don't trust they are good at lying and btw even if u get in written what basically u can do?
