Trending @Accenture; Resigning without offer letter, Should I go ahead have 6.5 yrs of experience in frontend web.

I’m in a similar boat—I have around 8 years of experience, and I’ve also made the decision to resign and am currently serving my notice period. This decision ultimately varies from person to person. If you have a strong network and the confidence that you can land a job within the next 90 days, then go ahead without any hesitation. Otherwise, it’s wise to start saving now and plan to resign in the next couple of months. I’ve been contemplating resignation for over a year, and I’ve finally been able to take the step.

I’ve faced a similar situation—one prestigious company conducted an interview process with 5–6 rounds. They specifically asked if I was serving my notice period and about my last working day. After completing two rounds and being told I performed well, they still preferred someone with a shorter notice period.

If I had the network I would have been promoted, got hike in both the cycles as I was the good performer, but now in Accenture M and SM are busy in promoting themselves only.
The will laugh fake,talk fake, and act fake, bunch of useless folks

I mean to say, the external network, not in the Accenture

Mind your risk.. i am 12 yoe, with frontend tech lead and architect role but did not get single calls from last one year..
now a days is very rare to gave job for frontend dev only, companies now require java full stack developer. Where reactjs or web dev should be secondary skills. I am not sure if 90 days np is an issue but can confirm for frontend dev is very tough now due to AI writing reactjs components,
If you dont have any dependents you can take risks but i would suggest learn react native, create something and deploy it to cloud and show case them in your CV to have higher chances of good package.

I have not failed any interview till now this is my 3rd org. But earlier interviews were easy I think

Better dont resign without offer. Getting offer letter is difficult now.even after completing all rounds and uploaded documents but some companies are not releasing offer letter and some companies are taking atleast 1month to complete all rounds and to release offer lettee they are taking 15days to 1 month more. So you ll get more pressure. My suggestion is to get offer and then resisgn

This is more of a personal choice, but imas you have mentioned you don't have any EMI and have some corpus. Go ahead as with 3 months notice period you won't find any offers anyway.
