Buy-Out is generally not an option with service based companies, because they charge client with approx 3x to 4x more than they are paying us on monthly basis. Do they don't allow, as a buy-back you will only pay for 75 days, but fir the same they will charge client around 210 days in terms of money.

You can get an early release provided you have a strong reason and mostly I have only seen this happen for medical reasons or higher education plans. You need to provide acceptable evidence. Buy out is not an option with Accenture as far as I've seen.

Many factors are evaluated to process an early release ex. Tenurity, Performance etc. Most importantly rapport with your manager. You need a level 6 or higher approval followed by approval from your HRPA to process the early release.
