Trending @Accenture; Resigned and no call from HR/Manager
I had raised grievance for low salary and since there was no positive outcome from grievance, I resigned on 10th June and did not get any call from HR/Manager after resigning. Do they think that resignation is bluff to get the salary increased or they genuinely dont care ?
They don't care , and I resigned for roll off from project not due to salary , i am having health issue still no connect still they haven't checked on me why i resigned , so don't expect much .........
When a person resign the day He gets Mail from HR is counted as DAY-1/90 ? or the day when you drop an Email is counted as Day-1/90 ???
Suppose if the HR/MANAGER did not approve resignation on same day so will se be bounded to serve the 90 days period till they accepts?

Why do you want them to check with you.. resign and look for another opportunity .. nobody bothers you here
I am in a same situation wanted to resign to reset my health and upskill in these 3 month notice.. but couldn't be able to get the courage.
