Trending @Accenture; Resignation without offer?
I have 3 years experience and have been actively applying to openings but not getting any calls at all. 90 days notice period is one issue here. But Currently work here is pathetic with no appreciation and hike. Is it a good idea to put resignation with no offer in hand??

If you are financially stable then think about dropping papers otherwise don't even think about it..

See, if you are confident enough that you will get an offer then go ahead. even you can take back your resignation but it will negatively impact your job.

I am also facing similar situation, 2.5 years of experience with no learning opportunities or hike I am also actively applying but no response. If you are ready to take risk and willing to wait 1-2 months without job, then I would suggest go for it. You can utilise the free time to up-skill yourself.

Better focus on getting at least one job in hands and then out immediate resignation otherwise it will show unnecessary gap in your CV in case you didn't got job within given notice period time. But be positive and start looking for opportunities outside Accenture.

I also completed 3 yrs and actively applying. just put notice period as 30 days so getting calls. First try to get a offer later we can try negotiating at both ends.

You can, if you are confident enough or if you have backup to live without job for few months. Else, it would be wise to wait for an offer first.

No, don't. I have enough funds but even I am not doing it. Get offer then resign.

Make sure your resume ATS Score is up to the mark usually 80+ is good. Highlight your key contributions (always include relevant tools and at least 2 things that you improved...if you haven't use your imagination)
Next step is contact people who've already switched..best way to get in touch with their HRs Constantly apply (I suppose you're already doing this) Ask for referrals....
Even then you don't get any calls... Then just trust your judgement and do what you think is best. But I'd advise against leaving without offer Atleast talk to your manager and change to a market relevant job profile.

Planning to do the same. I have 2 months of emergency funds. In case i am unable to get a offer in 3 months of notice period
