Does anyone know what happens if I resign after completing 4 months of maternity? Is it allowed? Reason- have a better offer in hand!

No difference in policy, though you can negotiate early release

If your baby is not born yet tell them you are not planning to do any job. If your delivery is done you tell them you are again pregnant without any question resignation will be accepted
