Hello all, i really need you feedback.
I'm planning to send a mail to my project manager and du lead,
As before taking a decision to resign, I want to share my concern in my mind regarding to my salary as i believe you both can fix my concern.
Do u suggest me writing a mail ? I'm SAP ABAP Developer with 2.3 yoe, Joined Accenture as fresher.

Put all your concern after your resignation if you are sure about the next job. Discussion will have more weightage then.

I would say never write down your concerns in an email. Just have a chat with your supervisor that you would be resigning. All the process especially negotiation will happen during your first 1 month of your notice period.
