Trending @Accenture; Resignation season started in Accenture.
Ok so I am seeing a couple of people have either put down papers or serving NP since last month. Seems like the resignation season has started in Accenture. Also, in current demand calls hiring has been put on top gear to backfill those open demands created by attrition.
I had a really awesome year but simply got wasted due to no hike policy. Anyways this year too doesn't look that good for Accenture. Not sure if I should stay back.
You should start looking for other opportunities to be honest.
They should have given at least some percentage hike. People who are put in PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) will not even get bonus for a year. So no hike, no bonus, no promotion.
No no, I got a bonus but this year it was no hike for anyone in India except for promoted people
Even I want to resign. Anyone can you suggest some checkpoints to get next job?
