I am currently in probation now and my notice is 30 days. I would like to move out of Accenture. Can I give my resignation and try out for new jobs, if nothing works can I take back the resignation? Will hrs accept this ?

You can take your resignation back. And, you should look out for jobs outside Accenture

You can request to withdraw your resignation but it's upto Accenture (HR & PL) to decide to consider your decision and approve it
