Trending @Accenture; Resignation portal issue
I wanted to put in my resignation today itself due to fixed joining date in next company and 90 days notice here in Accenture but when I am trying to fill in the form in India Employee Exit in Accenture support portal, it is showing as personal phone is not present in workday portal and will take 2-3 days post adding it. Any other procedure via which we can put in the resignation today itself and start the notice period. Please help it's urgent, any help is appreciated. Thank you

Email your people lead saying you resign from your position effective<today's date>. With this you get the next 7 days to submit your exit request on the tool. The tool allows you to backdate your resignation for up to seven days but it's important to document the notification.
Drop down an email to your manager and hr lead saying you are resigning, today’s date will be considered irrespective of you able to submit it on tool or not. Please make sure you mention it explicitly in email to consider today as your resignation date
You need to update contact details and mailing address in workday which will reflect after 4 to 5 hrs Other way you need to send mail to hr as mentioned issue with cc your people lead and manager.
Tool you can raise later drop an email with hr and people lead
Drop an email to your supervisor , hr and manager and asking them to acknowledge that email as first day of exit , also have tool error screenshot attached
