Trending @Accenture; Resignation or complete PIP tasks which is better?

If resigned during PIP, notice period will be there or not? If failed in PIP completion, during separation will there be notice period of 3months or not? What are the better options, please suggest!

If we resign during PIP , I heard from someone that there will be no notice period followed and immediate separation will happen .. Is it true ??

Not really. Might depend on projects whether they are still able to pay for you or not.
