Trending @Accenture; Resignation on Probation period.

Hello Everyone, I want to know what is the process of resignation? Also as I am on probation period and as per my offer letter while in this period my notice period will be of 30 days. Is their any chances things can go south and they try to hold me up for long? My probation period will end in a week and I am expecting a offer letter by Saturday.

Can you tell me the entire the process, I just want to get rid of this shitty company roles. As I have completed my training and waiting on bench. I am crying loudly in midnights. These companies don't care about your skills and efforts you put in to get it.
