Hi all I'm trying to resign on the Exit portal system through an error on the personal mobile number missing. I updated and tried almost last 3days but am still getting the same error. It's delaying my last working day. Please guide your valuable feedback.
@Chota your lwd will not extend if you drop the email to your people lead saying you are resigning! The notice period starts from the day you drop this email!
Hey, it should be updated within two working days. Did you drop a mail to your peoplelead regarding resignation ? If you mail them with your effective resignation date then you can modify your last working day whenever you will raise in the system. I did the same. After resignation a case will be created and one case manager will be assigned. He/she will ask about the shortfall of notice period days and you can send the mail as reference.
Hey its the same for me as well. I have put down papers on 4th june via mail. But still i’m not able to submit resignation on the portal. I have raised two incidents and 1 on ast portal. Still its not addressed yet
I too faced same issue.
So HR asked me to drop a mail to people lead. So they will consider u resignation date starts from that when u drop the mail
After 3 days I submitted the exit form and attached this mail. They approved
If hr is not giving release even with buyout,any alternative steps can be taken?
Can someone pls answer this?
In which tool we need to update the LWD details
I think mobile number should be updated in workday and that might be reflected here. Have a try. But it might take 1 day.
Drop an email to your supervisor, manager and HR. Your notice period will start from the same day. Once mobile number is updated, you can go on back date and submit the request
Same happened for me. I raised request from service now too. But that didn't updated. So I informed my manager and HR. They asked me to drop email. Then once exit portal is updatead, resign there
