Trending @Accenture; RESIGNATION HELP!!

Please help me with how can I start the resignation communication with the stakeholders? Shall I speak to my people lead first or let my account managers know first or send a direct email. Note - I have good relations with both my PL and account stakeholders. Please guide as this a genuine question and I have never resigned before as this is my first job.

If you are ok to server full notice period then Talk to your people lead or manager first and tell them you are thinking to resign and then apply for exit on workday but if you want early release then make some excuses but under no circumstances tell your HR that you have got another offer. HR in Accenture are the worst people you can imagine.
