Trending @Accenture; Resignation Documents

Hi folks, I resigned from Accenture in June. 20 days are left now. So I want to know what all the documents I should carry apart from salary slip and form 16 before leaving and what all the other formalities I have to fulfill here. I keep getting lots of mail but that's too verbose so for the precise answer, If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks
