Trending @Accenture; Resignation clarification
Hy I wanted to know for resigning should I directly contact to my project manager or should I first Involve my team lead.
They both work from same location from office and I haven't really talked with manager directly so I don't know what type of person he is. I only talk to team lead for work purpose. I am working from home so haven't seen anyone of them.
In my case, I didn't even informed my project manager. Simply called my people lead and told that I am putting papers. Had small discussion with him and then directly raised SNOW ticket. Later my people lead informed project manager, Scrum master and delivery lead. Dont take much stress , inform people lead and raise the request.
I don't want to end it in bad terms actually and I don't know like won't it be wrong to team lead as she is planning different things including me. Will doing the way you told be a bad terms it's usually done this way
Don't worry. Everyone is replaceable. They will completely understand people designing. Don't make them feel like you are vulnerable so that they could make you stay with offers which may not fullfill immediately
If u have got an offer just resign and don’t have any fear
