Can they(people lead/manager)hold the release of increment letter in rewards portal if we put in the resignation ?

I don’t think so ….. the numbers once released on tool cannot be nullified or held back. Even if your people lead does not release it to you, the tool will do it by default by last week of November

But I am planning to resign by this week, so hope they do not hold it back even at November end

Obviously yes. Dont resign before November salary. Else definitely you will be missing VP and updated salary slip
