Yes , did u resigned through employee ext? I had issue with contact number , so page is not enabled to raise exit request , did u also experiencing same?

got a 9% hike which will be effective from December, So you mean I will get an increased salary in dec Jan and February if I resigned Today (21/ Nov/2025) and also VP in Nov

Yes buddy Happened to one of my resource in the last cycle. He got a promotion, which actually he didn't even knew and then before we release it to him, he resigned. We even explored the option with HR to revoke it as it wasn't even released, but HR said once locked nothing can be done.. he received the promotion, hike and everything
