Is it wise to Resign Accenture right now? I am SAP ABAP Developer and working at C11 level as Analyst. I do have 4+ years of Experience. Current package is 9LPA fix, including Variable pay it is 10.87 LPA. Got an offer from Capgemini as Senior Consultant with Package 18.00 LPA including 1.62L as Variable Pay? Current location is home town, new location is Pune.

There are multiple things.

How well your interview goes. If you feel like it went completely fine and the interviewer was very much satisified then ball will be in your court.
Depends on their requirement, if they are planning to hire for some specific project then also they consider. ( In such cases they will clearly list down the skills in the JD which are mandatiroly required )
