I resigned from Accenture to pursue my Master’s, but my visa got rejected and I need to defer to the next intake. I’m currently in my notice period.

Can I withdraw my resignation now and resign again in December for the new intake?

Yes you can, you can resign in next 6months after taking back resignation.

You can try if your manager agrees it can be taken back, but that's highly unlikely
