I am planning to put down my papers after the mid year discussion and after I can rewards communication on the portal irrespective of getting 0% or 20%. Can Accenture rollback / withdraw / change the hike once communicated ? given that I’m going to drop my papers?

They can't do anything.. one of my colleagues got promoted to cl9 with a 13% hike and 26% vp in last Dec cycle. And he resigned immediately within the next 30 days. (He waited for next salary slip with increased salary to show other companies)
