Can I resign from Company A within a week, If I got a good offer from Company B? If so, Is there any impact on BGV, PF Accounts etc.

Yes you can and do it. It’s been 3 years and I still regret not doing this.
You have 30 days notice on probation so go ahead and put the papers down.
