Hi team,

Generally when are we supposed to receive resignation acceptance letter?

I have raised exit request on Accenture service now portal last month it has been accepted as well. Whereas new company is asking for the resignation acceptance letter to be submitted at their Portal.

I dropped email to exit management they replied me resignation letter shall be provided prior 10 days of LWD.

What can I submit now to the new company. Or somewhere can I download acceptance letter of resignation?

Please help!
