Resigned 2 days back because of a pathetic management. They won’t let you move to other projects easily so had only one option, to move out of the company.
That’s sad to hear. Hope you had something good in your hand before resigning.

Nope. I resigned with no offer.
I was unable to handle how managers were treating me.
They put me in PIP. I have worked religiously for them to get treated this way in the end. 🤷🏻♂️

Were the managers ill treating you during the PIP? Can you please share what's done during the PIP process?

If it's Ok can you share, which tech stack you were working upon, and for how long you were working upon this project.

Sure.
I am/was working as a Senior Cloud Analyst. Primarily on AWS cloud and DevOps related work.
Joined Accenture in May 2022.
Previously with Infosys for 5.5 years.

Did you resign while at PIP? or before the inception of PIP? What is the notice period you are currently serving?

I resigned while in the PIP.
I will have to serve 3 months as usual.

In my team my manager given 32 % increment last year to a girl who joined 10 months before the hike cycle as a fresher. After receiving 32% last year, recently when no hike declared she resigned. And joined another company. So the other hardworking peoples are Just the resources to complete the work on time. But when appraisal cycles comes priority will change to favorite persons. That I observed in my last 2.5 years.
