How risky it is to resign without having offer letter considering current market. Not getting any calls due to 90 days NP.

No. Accenture is my 3rd company. However for previous switch first I got offer and then resigned.

no dear please don’t , wait till November

stock crash prediction is there in sep/Oct snd you never know which company faces sudden budget issue. Oct-Dec is anyway less opening and hiring.

You are exp so keep an eye if you see trend companies hiring exp folks in cheap during crisis
