Trending @Accenture; Resign without offer and study during noticed period

Hi guys, I'm working since last 3.3+ year at Accenture with basic salary of 5.6 lpa It seems I'm under paid can i resign and look for other opportunity as I can't see any growth ... They had gave me 8% hike and bonus only which is totally unfair even after working hard for the project.. Now I'm in different project.. Could pls guide me what should I do .. I'm confused alot not able to make any decision 😞

Trust your gut instinct more than other people’s advises.

Make sure you are enough prepared for the interviews. Also thoroughly study about your role and what are all the requirements and what questions they ask in interviews. Analyst yourself that whether you are prepared for that or not. I was in the same situation as yours, made bold decision to resign and look for jobs, I resigned in the wrong time and I regret it now also. Make your decision, trust yourself, if you ask for other suggestions they will answer in their perspective.

Hope this helps

@Stranger366 Exactly in the same situation but I have already resigned. If no dependency for salary you can resign but keep some emergency funds for yourself. Try prolonging your resignation as much as possible and simultaneously try for jobs. Don't regret for your decisions🫡

Atlast it's not bonus what Accenture is paying and it's part of our Salary and they behave that it's a favour that they paid😛😄

Go with your guts, but start preparing at least 20 to 30 days prior you start giving interview or resign
