Trending @Accenture; Resign without having an offer letter
Is it okay to resign without any offer letter in hand? Tired of doing work that is not relevant with my skill. I work 10+ hours daily, yet they ask to be proactive and deliver early I don't get time to prepare myself for interviews. I have given one interview and the interviewer asked me about why as a BA you are doing this work? Can I put paper without having any other job? Today's market is a bit scary to get a new job.

Market is really bad at present... Keep offer inhand before putting papers...

Correct, don’t take risk now

Yes, even I also want to take calculative risk but this work is draining my energy. This work is not relevant with my profile & its Accenture specific work. Lot of pressure & no rewards with toxic team. Not a single point to continue here

It’s your life put paper with or without offer or whatever. If you’re working then stop acting brainless. If some random people say yes will you do it? Stop acting like this opinion matters BS

It's confusing bro, especially if you are burnt out & you see no growth for the future. I have started searching for another job as well.
