I did the same. 1st I updated my naukri profile mentioning that immediate joiner. I started getting calls, so I got to know that market is up. Then I resigned and started preparing for Interviews. Already got one offer. 50 days are still left to complete my NP

I won't suggest this. The market is not in good condition. On LinkedIn itself you can see a lot of people without any jobs for months.

Worst case scenario no job in 90 days, take your resignation back.....

What will be lock in period in case we took resignation back?

I too have this same question. I don't have any offer in hand currently, but work here is pathetic with no appreciation or hikes. Will it be a good idea to put resignation in this case??

Here’s a tip.

Resign. Continue to work at Accenture and don’t burn your bridges with your manager. And try to get a new job. If you don’t get a new one then calmly take back your papers.

if you are confident enough to crack interview then do.
else you can try in any service based company they will agree on your 90 days np. like tcs infosys and hcl.
once you got offer then do resign and look more opportunities then.
this strategy i have followed now given resignation just 3 days back.

Dont do it. Market conditions is not good. Infosys and Wipro growth likely to be flat for fourth quarter. Get the offer from a reputable company and resign.

I think just let recruiters know that you can get release in 2 months, and get one offer somehow and then resign. Better to hold at least one offer I think.
