Today I got call from HR and ask me to resign and she said will provide 5 month salary. How can we trust them as it is true or not because she told me that I can’t serve notice period

5 months is a great offer, no isn't an option unfortunately, you'll loose that 5 months, without notice period but with termination marked in your reliving letter, better go aheadm
