What is the policy for performance bonuses? If I resign now and my last working day falls after the results are declared for the talent discussion, will I still be eligible for the bonus payment?

If you resign now, kiss that bonus goodbye. Companies rarely pay bonuses to those leaving. Check with HR, but don't get your hopes up.

Yeah, That is know how organisations works. I experienced this in my last Organisation too. However just want to check how Accenture Works, many organisations are providing bonus as it was entitled for last year you worked.
