Trending @Accenture; Require 2 days WFO in a week.
Recently, my project leads instructed us to work from the office two days a week. However, I find it difficult to manage this as I commute from my hometown and do not wish to relocate to the base location at the moment. If I attend only one day a week instead of two, is there a chance that this could be considered a compliance issue?
Nope not now. Later when they officially ask then it will be a compliance issue.
Some teams have got emails to attend 2 days a week but my team has still not received such emails. Isn't it uniform across accenture?
If your senior are attending office they will ask to attend. Better relocate too base location once there is official communication for 2 days office .
Be in good relation with ur lead, tell him to ignore it.
You can explain this issue to your manager/lead and request them for an exception.
