Trending @Accenture; Requested for a roll-off, what are the chances?
I didn’t get any hike or promotion despite working almost everyday for the past one year in a support project. They promised me to give a developer role but nothing till now. I have send them a roll-off request today morning. There is no reply so far. What do you think? What are the chances ? Also is there any way I can escalate this further?
Ask your manager that you are taking roll off due to medical reasons as support job requires shifts and now i am not able to do the same.Present a prescription letter of doctor where he has written "avoid shift job".You will definitely get roll off. I did the same. I was experiencing migrane pain by doing shifts. Then switch to a project as a developer and currently I m working as a TA in another project.
