Trending @Accenture; Request for Project Roll-Off and Promotion Discussion

Hello,👋 I was associate with one of the project where my contribution was .25 FTE.The project is ramp down now and my manger is asking whether you want roll off/release from project or should we place you to other project(I am not willing to go there as nothing to learn). Also its been 2.3 years for me at L10 with no promotion last time my manger took all the details like certification,Proficiency and all but no luck. I am not in situation where i can go to some other project and start from beginning 😩
