Then what is mentioned in email received from 'office_presence'? Can you please share screenshot after hiding ur credentials?

I know couple of people who are visiting offices other than their base location. The office number that you visit will reflect in the attendance email but they have had no issues so far because of that. May be they have informed their supervisors prior. Not sure.
