My mother's health is not good my presence is important at my house.currently I am working from banglore office.Is it possible to take relocation for 3 to 4 months to the bhubaneswar office which is nearest to my home town

Go ahead and just anyhow convince your PL for it, warning mailers start very late 6mo+, until then visiting your home town's office location will help in avoiding sooner escalation. Try gaining exception too for this and having PL approval at the very least.
