I am soon going to complete 2 years in Accenture and would request for a relocation to my hometown - surviving in Bangalore has been very hard with this meagre compensation. If my manager does not approve my relocation request in the portal, can I ask for a release? Can he put me in PIP for asking this ?

Mostly Your Workday Manager will approve your request. If not you can raise the grivence request in ast portal, the central HR team will approve it.
